Hello , I want to describe my case which I have opened few days ago . thistransaction ID :6SG41058G8187611G . I have paid money from Paypal 99$ for an item from www.pdakta.com . Order date was 18december 2020 . I saw tracking number here in paypal from the seller Audrey <removed> Traching number is this : 9361289733009025000317 by USPS. But when I track it we can see a lot of mistakes about shipping history, there is no signature by my agent from warehouse, furthermore there is written that items started shipping at 14th december 2020 when I have made order at 18december 2020. already 26 days has gone. Finally this is big lie fron the seller . I have sent a lot of mails to the seller but still no answer. Also I contacted the seller here by paypal but still no answer. How I have to refund my money.
