The item I received in no way resembles the item advertised. The item advertised was physically larger, waterproof and had a magnetic base. I received a cheap plastic item with no magnetic base. It was supplied with adhesive pads and i doubt it it would survive a light shower and is certainly not waterproof! I followed the instruction to download the app from the apple store. The reviews are terrible, all agreed that the app does not function making the unit worthless. I tried and failed to create an account the first step to get the unit to function. I have contacted the supplier demanding a full refund via PAYPAL Resolution Centre and closed my claim with the following Comments "The case was closed in the seller's favour because you received the item or service from the seller." I agree.  Why is PayPal continuing to accept them as a vendor when they have so many complaints?  I'm glad I have a credit card attached for payment.  I went directly to my credit card and refused my payment and they credited it right away.   I also have posted it on FB, but I haven't seen any of their ads recently. ... This is so helpful, for next time at least.  I was scammed and tried to get a refund through paypal and they closed my claim because of some deadline I missed.  I don't use paypal any longer for online purchases for this reason.  Paypal, don't act like a credit card company and then don't offer the same protections as a credit card company. ...
