still the same issue with dishonesty and a lack of respect for customers.   i was told 4 or 5 months ago it would be sorted in short while, just small technical issue paypal end no big deal will be fine, now the goalposts have moved and you cannot use paypal without mobile. i do not blame staff for lying or doing as they are told but id be a little uncomfortable working there time to see if theres any other options, messing folk around when they need to pay for meds, food, family stuff, its not good.   when you call you must confirm who you are so it did seem quite suspect that having done that you cant just tell them the number and unblock the account. they get quite nervous when asked why not and tbf some are very polite and accept its utterly shameful behaviour.    why not just charge people a tenner to unblock their account it would be unfair yes but that way we get to use paypal again buy food etc and the spivs coin in even more dosh.     ... so this has still not been sorted, i was told about a month ago possibly 6 weeks it was fault but would be fixed soon and just to give them some time, starting to look like a delibrate fault so they can hold people onto a lot of money by playing dumb or simply ignoring.   ive always though its a bit odd that such a huge company has poor pr and customer service but it is the best way to send people round in circles, stress them out and get them to just accept being bumped. ... yep shameful, as well as not being able to help on phone, or log into account to email, even on "community help centre" there is silence... ignoring people that do nothing wrong and use PP all the time.   Please sort it out paypal and let everyone use their account again this is preposterous !!!!!!!         ... oliva if you cant answer and i understand why you cant as it is insane situation, maybe ask a boss or someone higher up to speak with people and explain.... this stuff could be sorted in no time if someone higher up just accepts the problem is paypals system not the fault of people that dont have mobile. seems a really unfair way to treat people that are loyal customers, have done nothing wrong and believed until recently paypal was excellent service. can someone from paypal put a wee bit of effort into the job and call me then on landline, no mobile hate them...then il tell you the number or any other details which are needed for daft exercise which is only hassling customers , cos im sick of trying to do it online and calling the helpline that cant help.   oliva or any admin people on here. ... not getting the code sent over phone line, paypal keep saying it will be sorted when i call is fault but nothing changes close to a month now, utterly absurd on phone to paypal help telling them what the code is on scream but cant accept it as i have to wait .... on call from paypal.   maybe someone from paypal in uk can read this and sort out crazy situation please.     ...
