I have been a victim of fraud on my paypal account which had, I thought been very promptly resolved. However, I am left with a £600 debit which I cant make go away. Resolution centre says this transaction is closed (but it clearly isnt) and the telephone contact centre sends me in ever decreasing circles to the resolution centre. How do I get out of this mess?
