@AlexExeter check the heading of your case in the resolution centre - I logged on to see about raising my dispute to a claim, but when I checked the case details (click on the 'View' button on the right of the open cases screen, I noted it was already listed as a 'Claim'.

scottycross, how long did it take from start to finish to get your money back? I paid for my tickets in March, was due to travel in July, received cancellation notice on 20th May, tried liaising with Ryanair but just got the same old "here, have some vouchers" treatment. Raised a case on 15 June but it's still showing as being under review. Would be good to have an idea of how long it's likely to take. Thanks.

Hi all, can anyone tell me if an introductory offer from PayPal Credit (5% interest) will be offered on a second purchase after I had to return my first purchase due to a faulty item? The seller was out of stock so gave refund instead of replacement so I now need to order from elsewhere. Thanks.
