Hello. As the title suggested, I would kindly like to ask if I am able to receive money on PayPal. As I have learnt on the forum that my country Cambodia, withdrawing money is not possible. However, I am unsure if recieving money is possible. An example is if I wrote a novel and my readers wanted to donate money to me, will I be able to receive the money from them and use it for purchasing things online (steam, eBay, etc)
