Ok, sorry if I'm naive (new to this forum). I have had a bad experience with a seller that has a PayPal account from China (no way to tell he was shipping from there until I received the pkg 6 weeks later). The item did not perform (robotic vacuum), was not as described, instructions inside the box called it a child's toy which was not stated anywhere in his product description (false advertising) and return shipping on the slow boat costs half of the purchase price. During the dispute process the seller never responded to my email. No response until I opened a dispute with PayPal. This item is a obvious piece of plastic junk not worth the time I'm spending to write this. I feel that a seller of this caliber should NOT be allowed to have an account with PayPal for the following reasons: 1) Falsely represented product, 2) No way to guarantee tracking confirmation (according to UPX) once a returned package enters China (which is required for a refund) 3) Individuals or businesses that use PayPal should use honest business practices or have their accounts cancelled. For PayPal Admin Info: (since there is no way to contact you that I can find!) Thanks for giving me a venting port:)
