I had a very similar issue with xoom and their representative that repeats the same questions, does not listen carefully and asks questions about consistent usage for a service that I would not use consistently, often, but not consistently. It is unreasonable to require my identification documents be sent over email. Paypal has always been good so I took a chance on xoom. Paypal please fix xoom. I won't use it the way it is now. Please Save your message before you submit it because the reCAPTCHA may not work correctly here and you could loose your first message like I did.
