Dear Paypal Community,
Recently, I have purchased from an Asos online shopping website an item costing 214 $. Later, the website blocked my account and does not answer to any of my messages. I tried to contact them by literally all the means, but what they do, is they are blocking me and not answering my queries. My item arrived as not described and having missing parts. Now I want to return the item to get my full refund, but since the ASOS online shopping account does not answer to any of my messages and blocks me every time I try to contact, I am not able to return my item. I have opened a dispute in Paypal and still did not get any reply from the seller. Do you think I will be able to solve the issue with the help of Paypal and get back my money? The online website tells that it seems to them that there is a suspicious activity in my account and that is why they are blocking it. But i cannot understand what is suspicious in ordering an item and paying smoothly and normally via Paypal.
