Shouldn't matter. I can choose to return something for any reason to any vendor I do business with as long as its within 30 days and product is still in original packaging and in working order.   Doesn't matter if I got what I ordered - it ends up not working as designed so i don't need it. Its no different than ordering a shirt from an online vendor and guessing at your size versus what they say the size is and getting it in and it doesn't fit. You're not stuck with the shirt - you either return for an exchange or a refund. ... View more

So I purchased one of those rearview mirror dashcams that mounts over your existing mirror. Put it on as instructed and the way it mounts continually pushes my Emergency Response button on my vehicles mirror - not good. So I removed it and sent seller a message about how his product would not work with my existing mirror. Never heard back from seller so i escalated it to Resolution Center through PayPal. Never heard back from them even though the case history shows an email sent on 8/31 - which I cannot find on any of my email addresses. I requested a return within the 30 day period and they resolved the case in the Seller's favor so now I am stuck with a product I cannot use. Where do i go next? ... View more
