I have a dispute open as I paid for a smart watch a month ago but not received it and the seller is vague in the dispute comments and I can’t click on the tracking he has provided and he has given me no dates it was posted, just tells me it is in international transit and waiting to be collected by Royal Mail and then it is on its way to me, I did not even know it was being shipped international and he has assured me that I won’t have to pay extra for going through customs, I just thought a month ago now I had ordered a watch from the U.K. and would arrive within a fortnight as nothing said any different in the transaction details and today he left a message in my PayPal transaction messages asking me to “Please be patient “ , I strongly feel that I have been more than patient, any advice is very much appreciated please?
