If you’ve not consistently had an amount of money placed in your account over time, you will not be able to withdraw or transfer from your PayPal account, as I was told today by a supervisor there. After being basically lied to for a week, I found this out today. Small solace, they will allow you to go to Walmart and get $500 per day (you get $497 after Walmart gets their fee) I’ve been with PayPal for over 20 years…I won’t be with them for 21!
