I am a polymer clay artist that sells on etsy. I had a request to cover 25 ballpoint pens. I sent them on time, she received them and then sent me this message, Quote..."Why did you right in ink on the top of these pens? Nobody is going to buy these with ink on them!!!! It really takes away from the pretty flow of the flowers. I want to send them back. If I would have known you were going to do that I would not have bought them." Please send me your address and a paypal refund. For one, I did not write on them with ink. It is what is called a signiture cane, it is baked right on to the pen. It is very tiny, it fits on the end of the pen. All artists sign their work, what was she expecting? I think she wanted to resell them and pass them off as her own. My question is: do I have to refund her money? Will I get in trouble with PayPal if I don't?
