We have our motorhome up for sale for over £30k. We have received an offer from a guy by email who claims to be in the military wanting to buy it for his son paying by PayPal and arranging collection through an intermediator. He claims that he cannot call because he is on duty in a sensitive area, bla bal bla.
My question is if he pays this money to us via Paypal is it save and unrecoverable? We had an idiot once before open a case against us to try and get money back for a perfectly good item and Paypal took his side not ours so we took the item back, however that was £30 not £30K.
Is our Paypal account safe if he tries to gain entry using our email address? he hasn't got my password of course.
