I had a set of tires posted for sale and made an agreement to sell on craigslist. Then a (Paypal buyer) said he would buy the tires and a set of struts for $2,600. I made it clear i had a buyer for the tires and would only sell the tires if he bought both the tires and struts and he deposited $1,000 and said it would be 24hr before the other $1,600 would be deposited.I removed items off of all sights after the deposit and now he claims he cant use the struts. Am i entitled to a fee for potentially losing a sale on both items because he agreed he wanted both?
