can a non-profit org with 501c3 (school pto) have more than one paypal business account? we'd like one account that would be tied to the organization bank account for donations, and another for use by a related organization, such as for use by an auction committee. The auction committee could then just send money to the pto's primary paypal account, without having access to the bank account. Appreciate any information on whether this is possible, or if there's another way to split access to the primary business paypal account, since it would likely be linked to the bank account.
