If you are lucky enough to have a Dutch bank account, then you should be able to register a second PayPal account, with a different email address, with Netherlands set as the country. You can then send the money between PayPal accounts quite easily. You should be able to send the Euros between the two accounts I would think. I am not so lucky, I have a euro bank account opened registered in the UK. However since it uses an IBAN number, PayPal refused to let me add it...! sad times.
