I live in the United States! I am a citizen! I have a verified bank account! I have spoken with customer service and they said my limit for withdrawl is lifted! For an entire week everytime I try to transfer my balance to my bank through withdrawl I get the message: Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later. This is fraud on the part of Paypal. I am going to report Paypal to the better business bureau for illegally holding my money. They will not respond to my emails. Chat and customer service did NOTHING to help me get my money. They want to charge me money to even get a check! Not happy and will NEVER use paypal in this manner again.
