Thank you for replying. I checked the link that you sent. "Causes This error usually occurs if you don't have a business account. You must have a business PayPal account within a PayPal Payments Pro-enabled country to use the Direct Payment API. The absence of a home or customer service phone number on your PayPal account can also trigger this error." I have an Active Paypal Payment Pro-enable account. My account also has home, mobile and customer service numbers on the account. Do you have any other suggestions? ... View more

Hi, I'm getting the following error code (ERROR 10548 - The merchant's account is not able to process transactions) when I attempt to process a payment. I checked my Paypal Payment Pro and everything is set up correctly. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get this working correctly? ... View more
