I placed 2 orders for 2 10 inch enclosed powered subwoofers (one in each order)from a website that turned out to be fraudulent. I opened a dispute because I paid over $200 for undelivered items and no way to contact the seller as their website info was hidden behind a paid privacy service, their contact me info was an address which is a vacant apartment in Australia, the email address and phone numbers not in service and the websites about me info was copy and pasted from a gun dealers webpage. They were sent from two different states on two different dates in USA but the companies info suggests they are overseas (Australia phone number and address, though fake) and PayPal clearly did not even look at the delivery receipts or probably at any of the files I uploaded showing the proof of fraud I gathered. PayPal is not the same trusted company they used to be and need to be held accountable for their negligence in allowing fraudulent websites and companies to use their name as a means to increase buyer confidence.
