Hi, I have raised a dispute with PayPal for various transaction made in the early hours totalling around £700. My claim has been rejected because PayPal say these payments were authorised. How can PayPal come to this ruling when I have not authorised these payments. I live in shared housing and stay out from time to time. Someone who comes into the property or lives there has gained access to my computer and spent money from my account. I have never had to raise a dispute before and feel as though PayPal are calling me a liar and suggesting that I authorised these payments. Does anybody know how I can get my money back, or what I should do next??
