I ordered something online and the item has been sent and it is faulty. I sent photos of item to the seller and the have agreed that the item is not up to standard and is faulty. They advised me if I returned it I would be given a refund. However, I have to pay to post this back to them (when the item was faulty in the first place) am I entitled to a refund for this postage cost as well? Thanks
