I got the same thing from my pay in 4, they approve it and take money and then the merchant says they will nto accept it. I go to my account and PayPal took money. I was told 3 days for it to be put back. But mine was pending and not purchased ??? ... View more

I have a total of 5 pay in 4 issues, I have the initial payment taken and then when I go back to the merchant it says sorry you purchase could not be done?  I go to my bank account and each of these purchases has the first payment taken out???  Does anyone know what is going on ???? ... View more
