I had over $1,000 in my Paypal account. I bought two items on ebay and clicked to pay from my Paypal balance. That was on July 9. The two items totaled about $310. My bank account linked to my Paypal account only had about $160 in it. The funds, for the two purchases, were both taken from my bank account and my Paypal account. My bank account, me, became overdrawn and I am charged nearly $60 for that. To this date, July 12, the funds taken from my Paypal account have not gone into my bank account. It seems to me that I have paid 2X for the items I purchased. Also, on July 9, when I realized my bank acct was overdrawn I transferred $500 from Paypal to bank and that money has been deposited in my bank acct. So, why was money taken from both my bank and Paypal accounts to pay for the items and why have the funds taken from my Paypal not been deposited in my bank? Thank you.
