@louisvlover Depends if she opens an Ebay or a Paypal dispute. With Ebay if the item was described correctly she may lose. If she opens a Paypal dispute then IF and only IF Paypal finds in her favour then she will have to return the item back to you trackable to prove delivery at her own expense before you have to refund. Up to you how you play it really.
