So you said that you have tried to open new credit card and add it but it says that it is not supported right? Try to readd your existing one card and see will there appear any error. Also, when you went to withdraw button and after choosing amount and on which card you want to withdraw, did it say that error or it showed u first summary like amount to be withdrawn and card to and when u clicked last time withdraw that error appeared? It seems that our cards have some issues lately with withdrawing and pp flags it and then doesn't allow withdrawal. Btw, is your card maybe Banka Intesa visa electron?
