Recently bought an item online & paid via PayPal. After around 10 days of waiting I asked the seller for tracking/sending information & they sent me a tracking number saying the item was delivered by Royal Mail to a safe place. I’ve received no card & no item. The seller told me to ask my local Royal Mail depot & due to their new system only holding tracking information for 10 days their was no information. It’s now been 22 days since the item was allegedly delivered. The seller has not responded to my last message 2 days ago. I’d be happy to get my refund & I’d assume it’s up to the seller to chase Royal Mail?
