Victim of fraud,paypal says "no suspicious activit...

Checked my account 2 days ago to verify payment for an item I sold on Ebay.Noticed a £545 payment to "kiwi.com" who I found out are a czech based booking agent.I am almost 70,last flew 30 years ago and dont even have a passport! No way have I bought any tickets. I opened a dispute saying it was a fraudulent transaction.Got the reply that they would investigate.The following day paypal sent an email to say "After reviewing your PayPal account and investigating your recent payment(s), we couldn't identify any access by a third party. We've determined that your account displays a consistent payment history and for this reason, we cannot reverse the payment(s). If you haven't received the item/service you bought or are dissatisfied with the quality your purchase, please get in touch with the seller. If you can't find an amicable resolution with the seller you may have the option to open a PayPal dispute." So I phoned paypal and managed to speak to their fraud dept.They told me the payment appeared to have originated from my home address.This is impossible,theres me and my wife,no one has access to my computer(in the house that is).They advised me to contact the seller.25 minutes to speak to someone at kiwi.They were very guarded in giving any information more than the booking is for a flight in July and that the "buyer" used his "passengers" email address for the booking confirmation email.They said they would investigate and get back to me.They phoned back hours later to say they couldnt help(no reason given)but were willing to discuss the matter with paypal and told me to tell them to get in touch.Tried to email paypal to let them know the latest but when I click on "send" I just get a message saying the case had been examined and wasnt suspicious.Tried many times today to get through on the phone without success.There is no option on my paypal account to stop the payment,try to open the claim again and the system prevents it.I get the impression that they look on me as the fraudster and that I am lying.I am at my wits end.I have been robbed,the clock is ticking before the tickets are used and paypal dont want to know.
