Hi. I ordered a nail kit from China on the 2nd April 2018 and I had an email to say that Ithe will arrive between the 7th April and 7th may but it still has not arrived. They refuse to reply to my emails/ebay messages. I've currently just checked on ebay and the item had been removed and i went to go onto their profile to message them and their account has now been removed. Payment was also taken on the same day I ordered it. Can someone please help me out. Thank you.
