I purchased a product from a seller and got a message from ebay a few days later (June 12th) that the item I had purchased had been listed from an unauthorized 3rd party and that the listing had been removed and there can be no further action taken on ebay as Paypal has already looked into the issue. I have tried to cantact the seller through the email address given on Paypal numerous times for a refund and have been unsuccessful in getting a respones. I am also unable to file a dispute because I did not cancel the transaction. Very frustrating.....someone please HELP!! Thank You
