Well it seems that the only thing left to do is to go to court and sue PayPal...   PayPal did not rule in my favour and since the seller "claimed" my package was delivered, I have lost and PayPal does not even need proof.   The Post Office has not provided me with any delivery notification, nor has any package been placed in my community mailbox as would be expected.   They have not disclosed any communication provided to them from the seller.   PayPal and this vendor needs to be put down hard.   We all need to report the Facebook Ads immediately as a scam.  They are popping up from what appears to be multiple sellers throughout the day.     ... What I don't understand still is even after escalating to claim, that PAYPAL does not simply close this **bleep** account and refund everyone's money.   I can say without a doubt that the tens of thousands of dollars brokered through PAYPAL over the years (by me) will completely end if this situation is not resolved to EVERYONE's satisfaction.   This is pure incompetence and a refusal to deal with the situation.   PAYPAL is supporting a criminal enterprise and is complicit in its activities, which is also a criminal offence and fully prosecutable.   Come on PAYPAL - do your duty and resolve this issue or a class action suit may follow.   A report to the FBI will follow (by me) shortly on this Internet Fraud.   Everyone in this thread needs to submit a report to the FBI, FTC, SEC (whatever) on this criminal activity - and we will see how fast things get moving.     ... I have just submitted a claim to this company as well.  There are multiple registration and new domains being registered as of today alone by this person(s).   I have contacted GoDaddy, Tucows and Shopify as this person is using these providers that I know of and have done little investigation   Facebook has been advised, but I do not believe they can stop easily this scammer.   I "bought" a drone being advertised with stolen information from Mavic Pro - which I did not know until I did further homework.   These are other websites this person is using, with no response to any of the contact email addresses.   https://deardog.shop/ https://nicergear.shop/  https://advicto.com/   https://idearlife.com/   The person has their email address at jiahongnet.com and is registered on GoDaddy site.  Abuse report sent.  ...
