I have just done the awful trying to log in - every time I get this captcha and off I go round and round trying to get into Paypal. Today once again to pay for something - and then got cut off as power went down so came here to see if it went through and nothing - but again had the run around getting in. that consists of usually first off log in and captcha appears - so do the trouble logging in bit and off it goes round and round - change password and then off again - captcha appears etc etc. I have changed to home phone from mobile as takes too long for mobile msg and then off again. Sometimes 3 or 4 times around we go and then in. This has happened since around early 2018 - so maybe they did a security update as many have. I am onto the bit where log in with password manager and wont go through - so you need to delete last letter on email address and fill in again and do same with password and it goes through. But cant find how to get around captcha when first trying to get into Paypal. And since I have done a clean re-install of OS since - ain't my browser as tried several - cleared cache etc etc.  Nearly at the end of tether! Having trouble loggingin on all browsers

When I log in - I get this red box above saying please check the Captcha code and try again. Problem is haven't yet reached the Captcha code at this stage. Next go to trouble logging in and round and round I go - changing password over and over again getting security codes to mobile entering and back to same log in error. I managed to get into my account at Paypal and changed my email as first was .com at the end but not an American email ISP - and so I changed it but still getting the same run around. Now cant even find how to contact Paypal to sort this out. As no question or suggestion covers this problem ' I was hoping to send a screen print to show them. Has to be a way to sort it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all browsers all are up to date - all come up same as above. Unless I go to a site where the portal to pay in on their site - cant log in. Now just tried to log into Paypal Australia and got in ok on new email and my password - (must bte the 100th one seems as this has gone on since March this year) prior no problem. Help? Email address suddenly not valid

I'm having problems getting in to use my account due to website now  not recognizing   .bigpond.com I have spoken to a support lady in Arizona who said security has been updated and maybe my computer etc. Since then have done a complete re-install of OS - not just install over old but from scratch - custom so all old gone forever etc clean install.      Any suggestions?        ...
