So I sell an intangible item to someone, and within hours of them receiving the item they dispute that I ever sold them anything(that I effectively stole money from them). The ONLY evidence I have against them is a chatlog, and after afew days of looking over the idiotic dispute areas, I attempted to submit the chatlog via the website. They then requested that I FAX them the shipping information for the item. It was **bleep**ing intangible! I repeatedly listed in everything I submitted that the person received INTANGIBLE GOODS. So I submitted to them yet again that the person was not SHIPPED anything, that I have no shipping information to FAX them. Today I get an email from them stating that since I did'nt FAX them ANY kind of information(i.e. chatlogs) that they will finish their investigation without any of my input/proof. So now if this all goes through in the buyers favor, I'm at a loss of money. They effectively would have cheated me and stole what I was trying to sell them. After this I'm not even bothering with Paypal anymore. If it's this easy for me as a seller to be swindled out of hardwork, and not having Paypal putting in more effort to allow me to submit everything I have as evidence to not only protect MY income, but my integrity as a seller; then whats the point? If it's this easy to swindle buyers out of product, then no thanks. Is this all common on Paypal for other buyers, or is this just a really bad fluke and I've gotten the worst of it?
