I sent a payment to a recipient for accommodation they are providing for me and my family. I payed with the goods and services option and not payment to friends and family. Now the recipient cannot get the payment as it's on hold and my accommodation is in jeopardy.
I'm meant to be using the accommodation this weekend. Is there anything i can do to release the funds for the recipient or any other resolution please?
