In my case, I'm the treasurer for a nonprofit and am eligible for free chip and swipe card readers. I already ordered and received those readers, so I'm puzzled as to why I'd be getting another email regarding a new shipment. Why would this be? I was figuring maybe if I could understand what the part number is, that it might shed some light as to what this shipment is all about.
