Someone else has been using one of my email addresses (not the one I am logged in with now) to set up a PayPal account. It appears to be impossible to contact PayPal to tell them about this; I did get through to the Customer Service phone number and talked to "Gia", but she told me she was forwarding me to an account specialist, and 30 minutes later on hold I gave up. Will someone PLEASE contact me to take this further? I will answer using the email I am logged in with now. Andy Alexis
