so this account is a business account and my wrong was i put the business name the same as the contact name. The problem is i couldnt withdraw the funds cos now the account has a limitation and clients couldnt pay me either. I have tried uploading supporting documents but nothing happens when i click "send documents to paypal" after uploading. I need to change the account name, together with the birthdate to match my provided IDs and bank account. Admittedly, I have intended to use the business name as the same as the contact name not knowing it would limit the account.
