So I recently made a 10 dollar purchase with Paypal to Blizzard, a large game company. It was a one time purchase and in my paypal summary it states it is a preapproved payment. The email that I received from Paypal tells me that the funds will be transferred when the merchant, who it states is Blizzard, processes the funds. On Blizzard it states that the transaction is complete, and I have contacted their support and they came back with that is correct, that on their end, the purchase is fine and the transaction is finished. So I'm wondering if my Paypal balance has not changed, and my bank account balance has not changed, but the transaction is complete, where did the money come from. Did Paypal cover it for now and in a few days it will process the funds from my bank account?
