Check link below: https://www.maya.ph/paypal-for-freelancers "How to transfer your PayPal balance to your Maya" Once your have confirmed your withdrawal amount, your withdrawal will be processed by PayPal within four (4) business days. Your withdrawal amount less the PHP 250 PayPal withdrawal fee will be credited to your PayMaya account. Maya most likely disabled the Instant transfer option themselves.
