@Chrissyzhairen2 Unfortunately, PayPal branded credit and debit cards are not available in the Philippines. PayPal does offer a really useful alternative option called GCash, which is available for Philippines PayPal accounts. With GCash you can withdraw instantly from PayPal, and if you have a GCash Mastercard, it would be similar to having a PayPal branded debit card.
