I paid for an eBay item that was sold by a now deleted seller in February. The item never arrived, tracking showed that the item was sent to a totally different zip code than my confirmed address that was put in there by PayPal. PayPal resolved an issue wrongly against me. This is clearly reflected in the USPS tracking information so it should have been a slam-dunk in my favor. What are my options when it's clear that they didn't even really investigate a dispute? And like I said, the seller has since been removed from eBay! How do I take this up the "chain of command" at PayPal? The person who investigated this needs to be retrained, they should know to match the tracking zip code with PayPal's shipping address!
