Thanks for the quick response. We are a small non-profit I don't have the resources to go on and on with paypal processes, or monitor an inactive account that we are not using anymore. I'll have to turn it over to our attorney to file closure so it is clear. Then I have to pay him too. Also I noticed that paypal email support does not send auto reply or a ticket # when you send in a support email. That's a problem too, which makes it hard for me to resolve on my own.
