I'm collecting money for a shared tour on an upcoming vacation that I'm organizing. Most people have paid me correctly from cash balance as a personal payment but one person in Canada paid twice as goods & services and used a credit card and I got charged several dollars. When I saw that I had been charged the credit card fee, I refunded the money and told her to fix it. She sent it a second time the wrong way and I refunded it again and sent a money request. I now see that I've been charged 30c each time even though this shows up NOWHERE in my Activity (it shows a refund of the same amount I received and the credit card fee is refunded). How do I get my 60 cents refunded and how do I stop people from doing this to me in the future? And why doesn't Paypal have to be transparent about the 30 cent fee and show it in Activity? This seems borderline illegal.
