Thank you for the thorough reply! No, nothing. I actually had two disputes with them (the product was not as advertised). They first asked me to close the dispute because they claimed the disputes froze their accounts and they could not process any refund or money transferred. At first I refused since you cannot re-open a closed dispute, but they kept saying this was the only way to process the refund. So I finally closed one of the two disputes (the one asking for a partial refund, not the one asking for the full refund from the duplicate payment), and they said it would take a few days to get money into their account for the refund. A few days later, I asked how the process was going and all they said was that the refund had been issued and it would show up on my PayPal account soon. That was a week ago. This is why I was wondering if maybe PayPal is slow to show something (anything) on my account, even if the money is not in my bank account yet, but no activities or changes have showed up on either my account, the dispute or the transaction and I have 4 days before the dispute time is up.
