Fraudulent email, though it may look similar to the real party and spout numerous official looking numbers is just that. To tell, always click-on "more details" and note the sender's address. These are bogus and to prove it to yourself, send a new message (not forward or reply) to this address.. within minutes you should find an 'unable to process request, address doesn't exist'.. The official PayPal correspondence will always use your name and NEVER offer a link in the message to click (but will direct you to sign in at the official site and check any messages).. These bogus emails shouldn't fool anyone who deals with PayPal and each should be reported.
