I placed an order with Queenfy at 12:59pm. I received the order confirmation in my email, but changed my mind after reading some horrible reviews. I sent them an email asking to cancel the order at 1:04pm.
Instead of getting confirmation that the order was being canceled, I receive questions asking why, even when I said the reason why, they still persisted, why? Guess what? they sent the product anyway. And it's **bleep** quality, smells bad and doesn't fit. I didn't even want it. I emailed them asking why they sent it and they claimed that they received the order and it was shipped out before they saw my cancellation request, which was **bleep**.
Asked for a PayPal dispute, and because they sent the product, PayPal denied me a refund.
Stay away from Queenfy. Unprofessional, bad business ethics.
