If you read the message, you will have seen that I already said that I have sent the Royal Mail receipt with the tracking number to PayPal! Also PayPal have seen that the mobile phone that was returned AND received by the seller, on the 21 December 2019! So why did I not receive my refund? By the way, your response to my comment that as a disabled widowed pensioner, was extremely rude, as one day you will find that these factors make disposable income really an issue!

I was sold a mobile phone as unlocked on 12 December 2019 When it arrived it was not unlocked , so I returned it using a returns label provided by ebay. I have been told that my dispute has been decided in the seller’s favour DESPITE the fact that the Post office receipt with tracking details was sent back to PayPal as proof of return. WHAT Is going ON? 3 Months to be told that I cannot get my money back. I Am A Disabled Pensioner And I do not have money to spare

Despite going through every process I was told to - several times Paypay have still not released 91.57 pounds they owe me. Was told in one of my MANY phone calls with an agent that it would definitely be released into my account by yesterday 12 May. ALL LIES
