I made an offer on an item and it was accepted. The next day while I was on ebay a message came through say the item has been paid. I never gave them the permission to complete this transaction. I am waiting on answers bt fear that they will come up with an answer of BS. Why does Ebay/Paypal feel it is aloud to do whatever they want and get away with it. It is agains the law to make payments to another person without the permission unless they have autopay which I have never or do I want to use. If it quacks like a duck it must be a duck. I have alredy contacted my attorney and he is looking into this and he found out that this isn't the first time this has happened. BEWARE PEOPLE.
