Okay, Hello.
I've been having a problem all today where it wont let me transfer money to my bank account or to my sister. I'm worried for my moneys sake. Is there a time limit for this "decline of transfer" ??? I would like to transfer it to my bank account today. And no Paypal staff are getting back to me.
