Hello,
I received an email from Paypal,
" Please review this information carefully and confirm that you did not receive the package. Please respond to us by logging in to your PayPal account, going to the Resolution Center, and clicking the Resolve button.You can then choose to cancel or continue with your claim."
But, I don't see RESOLVE button at Resolution Center to select " continue with my claim ".
As of today 4/30/18, I haven't receive the product yet and
I have sent a couple email to seller but no reply from him either.
Please continue with my claim My Case ID is PP-006-783-356-283
